Devices, certificates, payment and course length: common questions

Do I need a laptop?
No. Sparked works on a phone, for both the lessons and the editors. A laptop makes project work easier but is not required.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. When you finish a course, Sparked issues a certificate with your name and the date. You can download and share it.
How do I pay?
On Sparked. Each course page there shows the price and takes cards and e-wallets through a hosted payment provider, so we never see your card details.
How long does a course take?
Each micro-course is designed to be finished in one or two evenings. You keep access afterward and can return to any lesson.
Is it live or self-paced?
Micro-courses are self-paced. Workshops and seminars are live and run with schools, companies or public cohorts. We announce them on our Facebook page.
What if a course is not right for me?
Message us before you buy and we will tell you whether a course fits your goals. For order problems, email support@techedify.com and a person will reply.
